We want you to be satisfied with your storage solutions and organizing products, including modular storage bins, shelf dividers and organizers, under-bed storage boxes, and any other items we offer. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy to the extent it applies to your purchase. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time; any changes will be effective upon posting to the Site, and your continued use of our products and services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
Scope and Application
This Policy applies to physical products (goods) that you purchase from us for personal or household use. It does not apply to services (such as organizing consultations or space assessments) unless we have agreed in writing to different terms for those services. For the avoidance of doubt, consulting or advisory services related to decluttering and space organization are generally not refundable once the service has been provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law. Any product-specific return terms communicated at the time of purchase or on the product listing (for example, for custom or personalized items) shall apply in addition to or in place of the general terms set forth below, as indicated.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable. Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of the delivery date (or, if you picked up the item, within thirty (30) days of the pickup date). The item must not be damaged due to misuse, altered, or show signs of wear beyond normal inspection (for example, opening packaging in a way that damages the product or using the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use). How to Initiate a Return
